Pre-suit mediation is an informal process where the parties meet with an impartial mediator in an attempt to address the disputes and reach a mutual agreement prior to filing a lawsuit.
Through pre-suit mediation, you can negotiate separation settlement agreements, asset/debt division, and all other services connected to an out of court, uncontested divorce.
